After three years of reorganization of the company Hochrainer GmbH, Freilassing/Germany, specialized in automation and rationalization, which was accompanied by Quest Consulting AG, the closing with the Indian Wipro Enterprises Ltd, headquartered in Pune/India. Wipro Enterprise Ltd. has 12,000 employees and deals worldwide, among other things, with Additive Manufacturing, Aerospace and Automation Solutions.
The motive for the sale was to meet the growing pressure from OEMs for larger units and IoT connectivity for the supplier industry, as well as to ensure corporate succession for 130 employees.
